Oh my gosh. I was really a hot mess when I arrived. I had traveled for two weeks. Came in with airplance shoulders and luggage toting leg and shoulder pain and stiffness. One hour with Stacey and I felt like a new woman. She worked on legs, feet and shoulders and back. Phew. Woke up this morning and I am ready to hit the road traveling again. Thanks Stacey!!
